§ 17-76-315. Vacation, sick leave, and other benefits.

For merit system officers, provisions regarding vacation, sick, other leave, or any other employment condition or benefit not covered by this chapter shall be established by: (1) applicable law; (2) county ordinance or regulation; or (3) police interlocal entity rule or regulation.
