§ 23A-2-304. Rules, proclamations, and orders of the Wildlife Board -- Judicial notice of proclamations.

(1) The Wildlife Board shall exercise the Wildlife Board's powers by making rules and issuing proclamations and orders pursuant to this title. (2) A court shall take judicial notice of a proclamation published under the authority of this title.
