§ 23A-4-1104. Violation of hunter education requirements -- Criminal penalty.

(1) An individual may not obtain, attempt to obtain, or possess a hunting license or permit in violation of the hunter education requirements in Subsection 23A-4-1001(1). (2) An individual who violates Subsection (1) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor. (3) A hunting license or permit obtained or possessed in violation of Section 23A-4-1101 is invalid.
