No effect on use of hemp extract -- Cannabidiol -- Approved drugs.

(1) Nothing in this part prohibits an individual from purchasing, selling, possessing, or using a cannabinoid product in accordance with Section 4-41-402. (2) Nothing in this part restricts or otherwise affects the prescription, distribution, or dispensing of a product that the United States Food and Drug Administration has approved.
