Department coordination.

The department shall: (1) provide draft rules made under this chapter to the advisory board for the advisory board's review; (2) consult with the advisory board regarding: (a) patient education; and (b) fees set by the department that pertain to the medical cannabis program; and (3) when appropriate, consult with the advisory board regarding issues that arise in the medical cannabis program.
