§ 35A-13-501. General provisions.

(1) This part is known as "Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing." (2) For the purposes of this part: (a) "Assistant director" means the assistant director of the division. (b) "Division" means the program called the Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing created in Section 35A-13-502.
