§ 35A-13-604. Powers and duties of the director.

The director shall: (1) prescribe certification qualifications; (2) prescribe rules governing applications for certification; (3) provide for a fair and impartial method for the examination of applicants; (4) define unprofessional conduct, by rule, to supplement the definition under this part; and (5) establish conditions for reinstatement and renewal of certification.
