§ 35A-16-201. Office of Homeless Services.

(1) The Office of Homeless Services is under the direction of the state homelessness coordinator appointed under Section 35A-1-204. (2) The coordinator shall serve as: (a) an advisor to the governor on homelessness issues; and (b) subject to Subsection (3), the chief administrative officer of the Office of Homeless Services created under this part. (3) The executive director has administrative oversight over the office.
