§ 11-17-3.5. Utah Inland Port Authority and Military Installation Development Authority governed by chapter.

The Utah Inland Port Authority, created in Section 11-58-201, and the military installation development authority, created in Section 63H-1-201, are subject to and governed by the provisions of this chapter to the same extent as if the Utah Inland Port Authority and military installation development authority, respectively, were a municipality.
