9VAC25-220-330. Transition

A. No surface water management area shall be designated by regulation sooner than six months following final adoption of this chapter. B. If a surface water user holds more than one permit for water withdrawal, in any areas of conflict or disagreement among the permits, the surface water withdrawal permit shall hold priority.
