9VAC25-31-480. Requirements for a person who prepares biosolids or sewage sludge

A. Any person who prepares biosolids shall ensure that the applicable requirements in this part are met when biosolids is applied to the land. B. Any person who prepares sewage sludge shall ensure that the applicable requirements in this part are met when the sewage sludge is placed on a surface disposal site.
