9VAC25-770-80. Cost estimates for in-lieu fee fund donations and mitigation bank credit purchases

A. Permittees with compensatory mitigation plans that provide for donations to in-lieu fee funds must submit to the department as part of the final mitigation plan proof that the entity is willing to accept the contribution along with a detailed, written cost estimate. B. Permittees with compensatory mitigation plans that provide for purchase of mitigation bank credits must provide to the department as part of the final mitigation plan proof that the selected bank has available credits, along with a detailed, written cost estimate.
