9VAC25-780-180. Enforcement

A. Enforcement of this chapter will be in accordance with §§ 62.1-44.15 , 62.1-44.23 , and 62.1-44.32 of the Code of Virginia. B. A local government shall not be liable for the inability of the local government or its regional planning unit to comply with any requirement of this chapter caused by the failure or refusal of any other local government, community water system, or self-supplied user to comply with any provisions of this chapter.
