A. Powers and procedures. The department reserves the right to utilize any lawful procedure for the enforcement of this chapter and standards contained in this chapter. B. Establishment. Authority for the regulations and standards contained in this chapter for the operation, construction, or modification of sewerage systems or treatment works are established, pursuant to § 62.1-44.19 of the Code of Virginia.
