A. A recorded instrument shall be submitted to the VESCP authority in accordance with 9VAC25-875-535 . B. The department shall enforce permits and require compliance with its applicable regulations, including when serving as a VSMP authority in a locality that chose not to adopt a VESMP in accordance with § 62.1-44.15:27 of the Code of Virginia.
