9VAC25-875-430. Certification program fees

A. Certification, recertification, dual certification, and RLD Certificate issuance and reissuance fees shall be collected to cover the administrative cost for the certification program. B. A fee will also be charged to present education and training programs that support the certification program. C. Fees are nonrefundable, except as authorized by the department and shall not be prorated.
