9VAC5-140-7240. CO₂ Allowance Tracking System responsibilities of CO₂ authorized account representative

Following the establishment of a COATS account, all submissions to the department or its agent pertaining to the account, including submissions concerning the deduction or transfer of CO 2 allowances in the account, shall be made only by the CO 2 authorized account representative for the account.
