9VAC5-40-2270. Standard for particulate matter

A. No owner or other person shall cause or permit to be discharged into the atmosphere any particulate emissions caused by any woodworking operation without providing, as a minimum, for their collection, adequate duct work and properly designed collectors, or such other devices, as approved by the board. B. Particulate emissions shall not exceed 0.05 grains per standard cubic feet of exhaust gas. C. The provisions of this section shall not apply to affected facilities identified in subsection A of this section and located in AQCR 7; however, the provisions of 9VAC5-40-270 shall apply to the facilities.
