9VAC5-530-150. General terms and conditions

A. The owner is authorized to operate an affected unit located within the boundaries of the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with the approved general permit application and conditions of this general permit except where board regulations or policies prohibit such activities. B. The owner shall comply with the terms and conditions of this general permit prior to commencing any physical or operational change or activity that will result in making the source subject to the new source review program.
