A. The department may grant an authorization to operate under the general permit for an affected unit that meets the applicability criteria in 9VAC5-530-40 and the operating limitations in 9VAC5-530-170 or 9VAC5-530-250 . B. The general permit will be issued in accordance with § 2.2-4006 A 8 of the Administrative Process Act.
