9VAC5-80-2090. Application review and analysis

No permit shall be granted pursuant to this article unless compliance with the standards in 9VAC5-80-2050 is demonstrated to the satisfaction of the department by a review and analysis of the application performed on a source-by-source basis as specified below: 1. Applications shall be subject to a control technology review to determine if such source will be designed, built and equipped to comply with all applicable standards of performance prescribed under 9VAC5 Chapter 50 ( 9VAC5-50 ). 2. Applications shall be subject to an air quality analysis to determine the impact of nonattainment pollutant emissions.
