Escape of persons committed; penalty

Any person committed to the custody of the Commissioner pursuant to this chapter who escapes from custody shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony. 1999, cc. 946 , 985 , § 37.1-70.18; 2001, c. 776 ; 2005, c. 716 .
