Ownership of vending stands and other equipment

The ownership of all vending stands and other business enterprise equipment provided under this article shall, however, remain in the Department, or in the nominee of the Department. Code 1950, § 63-204.16; 1968, c. 578, § 63.1-157; 2002, c. 747 .
