Declarants not succeeding to special declarant rights

A declarant who does not succeed to any special declarant rights shall be liable only to the extent of his actions for claims and obligations arising under this chapter or the condominium instruments. 1993, c. 667, § 55-79.74:4; 2019, c. 712 .
