Declarant to deliver declaration to purchaser

The declarant shall within 10 days of recordation of the condominium instruments as provided for in §§ 55.1-1907 and 55.1-1911 forward to each purchaser at his last known address by first-class mail, return receipt requested, an exact copy of the recorded declaration and bylaws. 1974, c. 416, § 55-79.96; 2019, c. 712 .
