Return of such bond to clerk's office

Any indemnifying bond taken by an officer under the preceding section shall be returned by him within twenty-one days to the clerk's office of the circuit court of the county or city wherein the property levied on, or to be levied on, is located. Code 1950, § 8-230; 1977, c. 617.
