Personal estate

"Personal estate" includes chattels real and such other estate as, upon the death of the owner intestate, would devolve upon his personal representative. Code 1919, § 5; Code 1950, § 1-13; 1950, p. 22, § 1-13.20; 2005, c. 839 .
