Exceptions

This chapter does not prohibit: (1) the furnishing of assistance in the case of an emergency or disaster; or (2) a person not licensed under this chapter from working under the direct or indirect supervision of a pollution abatement facility operator, where such employment is consistent with the terms, conditions, and intent of a facility's permit.
