Btu - British thermal unit. CAAA - Clean Air Act Amendments. C.F.R. - Code of Federal Regulations. DOE - Department of Energy. IPP - Independent power production facility. mmBtu - Million Btu. MWe - Megawatt electrical. NADB - National Allowance Database. QF - Qualifying facility. RCW - Revised Code of Washington. SO 2 - Sulfur dioxide. WAC - Washington Administrative Code. WDOE - Washington Department of Ecology, hereinafter referred to as ecology.
