WAC 173-406-302. Information requirements for acid rain permit applications

Complete permit application. A complete acid rain permit application shall be submitted on a form approved by the permitting authority, which includes the following elements: (1) Identification of the affected source for which the permit application is submitted; (2) Identification of each affected unit at the source for which the permit application is submitted; (3) A complete compliance plan for each unit, in accordance with WAC 173-406-400 ; (4) The standard requirements under WAC 173-406-106 ; (5) If the unit is a new unit, the date that the unit has commenced or will commence operation and the deadline for monitor certification; and (6) The name of the designated representative, his or her signature, and the date of signature.
