WAC 173-406-502. Permit shield

Each affected unit operated in accordance with the acid rain permit that governs the unit and that was issued in compliance with Title IV of the act, as provided in WAC 173-406-100 through 173-406-800 , 40 C.F.R. parts 72, 73, 75, 77, and 78, and the regulations implementing section 407 of the act, shall be deemed to be operating in compliance with the Acid Rain Program, except as provided in WAC 173-406-106 (7)(f).
