WAC 173-591-090. Monitoring program

(1) The department, in cooperation with local government agencies, shall implement a comprehensive monitoring program, the purpose of which is to maintain accurate information on the quality and quantity of groundwater reserved in WAC 173-591-070 (2). (2) Under this monitoring program surface and groundwater levels will be periodically recorded as well as the levels of any lakes that are maintained by groundwaters.
