WAC 173-98-950. Indemnification

To the extent that the Constitution and laws of the state of Washington permit, the recipient shall indemnify and hold the department harmless from and against any liability for any or all injuries to persons or property arising out of a project funded with a revolving fund loan except for the damage, claim, or liability resulting from the negligence or omission of the department.
