WAC 174-116-225. Emergencies

The vice president for finance and operations or their designee, has the authority to suspend, modify or repeal any or all provisions in this chapter for an authorized college event or in the event of an emergency, disaster or other like contingency. Such action must be limited in duration and scope to meet the institutional needs of the college and/or address the dangers of the contingency.
