WAC 110-425-0085. ECEAP prioritization system

(1) The department will establish and manage the ECEAP prioritization system based on priority points attributed to all children who are eligible or allowed for enrollment. (2) ECEAP contractors and providers must prioritize children for funded and available ECEAP slots when: (a) They have a list of children who are eligible or allowed for enrollment; and (b) The children meet the ECEAP priority points requirement on the department's website.
