WAC 192-02-010. Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to: (1) Ensure compliance by the employment security department with the provisions of chapter 42.56 RCW concerning disclosure of public records; and (2) Inform the public of the procedures used by the department for requesting, producing, and disclosing public records.
