WAC 192-140-045. What happens if I do not respond to a request for information about a refusal of an offer of work?

(1) If you do not respond to a request for information about a refusal of an offer of work, the department will presume you refused an offer of suitable work without good cause. (2) The department will deny benefits under RCW 50.20.080 . This denial will continue for seven weeks and until you earn seven times your weekly benefit amount in employment that is covered by Title 50 RCW.
