WAC 192-310-055. What additional records must farm operators or farm labor contractors keep? (RCW 50.04.155 and 50.12.070 .)

(1) Farm operators and farm labor contractors must keep the records required under WAC 192-310-050 . (2) Farm operators who contract with a crew leader or a farm labor contractor must keep original records containing the following information: (a) The beginning and ending dates of the contract; (b) The types of services performed; (c) The number of persons performing such services; (d) The name of the contractor or crew leader; and (e) Evidence the farm labor contractor is licensed as required by chapter 19.30 RCW.
