WAC 192-800-030. Definitions

Unless context clearly indicates otherwise, the following terms and phrases shall have these meanings for this chapter: (1) "Appeal" means a request for a hearing before and decision by the office of administrative hearings in a matter involving paid family or medical leave premiums or penalty assessments or any determinations under Title 50A RCW. (2) "Petition for review" means a request directed to the commissioner for a review of the proceedings held and decision issued by the office of administrative hearings. (3) "Commissioner" means the commissioner's review office of the employment security department.
