WAC 192-800-105. When and how can an administrative law judge dispose of an appeal?

(1) The presiding administrative law judge may dispose of any appeal through: (a) An order approving a withdrawal of appeal; (b) A consent order; or (c) An order of default. (2) There will be no petition for review rights from an order approving a withdrawal of appeal or a consent order.
