(1) Washington state is a member of Interstate Compact on Placement of Children (ICPC) and Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance (ICAMA) and must meet all compact requirements (see chapter 26.34 RCW). (2) The rules of this chapter apply to accepted ICPC cases.
