WAC 197-11-728. County/city

(1) "County/city" means a county, city, or town. In this chapter, duties and powers are assigned to a county, city, or town as a unit. The delegation of responsibilities among the various departments of a county, city, or town is left to the legislative or charter authority of the individual counties, cities, or towns. (2) A "GMA county/city" means a county, city, or town planning under the Growth Management Act.
