WAC 110-60-0100. When may a legally free child be placed into an adoptive home?

The department may place a child into an adoptive home under the following conditions: (1) When the identified prospective adoptive family has an approved adoptive home study; and (2) The adoptive home study has been filed with the court in compliance with RCW 26.33.190 .
