WAC 204-41-030. Seat belting of prisoners

If the patrol vehicle is equipped with a seat belt system, it is intended that all prisoners being transported in a passenger style patrol vehicle wear a seat belt. Prisoners that are transported in the front seat of a patrol vehicle should be placed in a seat belt assembly.
