WAC 204-93-130. Notification to law enforcement agencies

The appropriate law enforcement agency must be notified of the following circumstances: (1) Motor vehicle accidents (2) Ill or incapacitated motorists (3) Intoxicated motorists (4) If a disabled vehicle is to be left on the highway shoulder and the driver is to be transported away from the scene.
