WAC 110-85-0040. Subsidy that may be available to guardians through GAP

GAP may provide guardians the following subsidy: (1) Reimbursement for nonrecurring guardianship finalization expenses; (2) Cash payments as negotiated by the guardian and the department; (3) Medical services through the medicaid program; and (4) Evidence based programs contracted by the department to help stabilize the child or youth in the guardianship home if the department determines the programs are pertinent to the needs of the child or youth and family.
