WAC 208-680-580. What are the responsibilities of a licensed escrow officer?

Every licensed escrow officer must: (1) Be knowledgeable of, keep current with, and comply with chapter 18.44 RCW and the rules; (2) Keep the department informed of his or her current home address; (3) Ensure accessibility of the escrow agent's offices and records to representatives of the department; and (4) Promptly inform the department if he or she loses his or her affiliation with an escrow agent, and to stop providing escrow services until he or she associates with a licensed escrow agent.
