WAC 220-304-010. Purpose

The purpose of this chapter shall be to establish an orderly means for the department to dispose of surplus live salmon eggs in a manner that provides optimum benefits to the citizens of the state. All surplus salmon eggs sold pursuant to chapter 220-304 WAC shall be used in accordance with the provisions of WAC 220-200-140 through 220-200-150 .
