WAC 220-305-030. General rules—Fish—Reporting

(1) It is unlawful for any person licensed by the department to fail to make or return any report required by the department relative to the taking, selling, possessing, transporting, processing, freezing, and storing of fish or shellfish, whether taken within the jurisdiction of the state of Washington or beyond, or on Indian reservations or usual and accustomed Indian fishing grounds. (2) Violation of this section is punishable under RCW 77.15.280 , 77.15.560 , or 77.15.568 , depending on the circumstances of the violation.
