WAC 222-21-048. Reimbursement of costs to the small forest landowner

The state of Washington will reimburse landowners for actual costs incurred toward identifying qualifying timber. Costs can include one or more of the following: (1) Determining and marking streamside buffers; (2) Marking the qualifying timber; and (3) The cost of the portion of a geotechnical report that is applicable to the area determined to contain qualifying timber.
